Having grown up in the construction industry, Hunter has always seen the importance of completing projects smoothly, efficiently and in a timely manner while keeping customer satisfaction at the top of his priorities. After 3 years of project management before becoming a realtor, he learned many valuable lessons that he has been able to take with him into his real estate career. Home buying and selling is often one of the more stressful times in people’s lives and having the experience of project management; Hunter is able to keep the many parts of a transaction on schedule and running smoothly. From effectively negotiating for his clients to having a large sphere of professionals in other related industries Hunter has worked at developing a smooth, repeatable system to give each one of his clients the best experience possible.
